The Problem

To convert some old barns to modern offices. All the electrical & communication systems needed to be flexible to cater for one or multiple tenants.

The Solution

Wady’s Electrical worked closely with Robinson and Hall Consultants and Saunders Brothers Builders, to design and build a versatile office space with the emphasis on energy efficiency. This was mainly acheived by using low energy and high frequency lighting and motion detectors in communal areas.

The full remit of our works included:

Mains distribution systems
Internal lighting
External perimeter & car park lighting
Small power
Mechanical & electrical heating supplies
Fire and intruder alarms
Door access systems and the complete infrastructure for the voice and data installation

The Result

The conversion of old agricultural buildings into an attractive rural office complex consisting of eight various size units.

We have worked on similar projects with Robinson & Hall which carry a great sense of acheivement when complete.
