Undertaking the full M&E Design and Build package for this new transport interchange facility created with an extensive canopy with a large glazed screen and automatic doors. Also an ancillary building that provides a climate-controlled waiting area with extensive seating areas and live passenger information boards, a fully accessible toilet and changing facilities, in addition to unisex toilets with baby changing facilities. Wadys provided the M&E Building services installation including power & lighting, assisted by supply chain specialists for fire, intruder alarm, CCTV etc. and one of our mechanical partners who completed the HVAC, domestic hot water and drainage systems.
