How we help
For the last decade, Doug and various teams have taken on the 500-mile Extra Mile Relay Challenge, cycling across Europe to raise funds for charity. Since 2015, they’ve supported causes like the Tibbs Dementia Foundation, Action 4 Youth, and the Rotary Club Charitable Trusts, raising thousands of pounds with each challenge.
Their adventures have included:
- 2022 Dijon to Beaune Challenge
- 2023 Ardennes Challenge
- 2024 Val de Loire Challenge
Each route has been a mix of scenic beauty and tough cycling, all while supporting important causes.
Next up is the 2025 £2M Swiss Challenge, happening from 19 – 21 September. Doug and his team will tackle the Swiss Alps, raising more funds for charity along the way.
